	Road Race Championship

The Road Race Championship consists of a series of races, chosen at the whim of our Road Race Secretary, ranging from 5k to half marathon. Have a look at the 2000 fixture list.

Championship points are awarded for club position in each event, and for "improvement" over the previous race at the same distance. This gives all runners a good chance of winning the championship as those of us who are a bit slower have more chance of improving our times!

Prizes are awarded for men and women in senior and vet categories.
