Heartiest congratulations to all of the following:

• Michaela McCallum who won the Florence marathon in a time of 2:38:28! Michaela is now based in Italy.
• John Willoughby who won the V50 10,000m silver medal in the recent World Athletics Championships at Gateshead and has been awarded the title Sportsman of the Year by the London Borough of Brent.
  (John is second claim North London AC and trains with us - some of us think he should transfer to first claim!).
• Our Mens and Womens cross-country teams who came first and second respectively in the recent North of Thames Senior events.
