About the Club... |

Introduction
In March 2000 North London AC merged with Muswell Hill
Runners to form London Heathside AC. Click

At the time of the merger, North London AC had about 200 members
comprising active men's, women's and young athletes' sections
catering for a wide range of ages and abilities.
The origins can be traced
back about 100 years, and one day a detailed description might still appear on the
history page, which could also include
something on our famous names and historic achievements. Recent
achievements are listed here.
Benefits of Membership
This section is not quite complete, and it all applies equally to
London Heathside, the main headings are...
- Friendly atmosphere, not too competitive (although if you want
competition...)
- All ages (11 and over) and abilities
- Subs a mere 25 pounds per year
(youth and family membership available)
- Cheaper entry to all UK races (due to UKA affiliation/insurance cover?)
- Insurance cover while taking part in Athletics activities (details
to be added when we find out what they are!)
- All track and field events, road and cross-country running catered for
- Finsbury Park
- All-weather track,

- Free for members on Sunday mornings and Tuesday and Thursday evenings,

How to Apply
If you are interested in joining the club, you are
welcome to turn up at any of our
training times. You won't be
under any pressure to join until you feel happy to do so.
